Recipe for The Best Green Smoothie You'll Ever Make

This is a basic green smoothie recipe that you can always deviate from by adding in your favorite add-ins for a delicious and nutritious green smoothie you'll ever make.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1-2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 medium Banana preferably frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Cantaloupe or any fruit of choice

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Black Seeds or oil
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seed
  • 3 Dates

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a clean blender starting with the liquid first.
  • Blend for 3-5 minutes depending on your type of blender, or until smooth.

Notes

I recommend starting with 1/2 of the liquid and then add more as you blend, depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothie.
When you are ready to use your frozen fruits, make sure to not defrost them otherwise you will end up with dehydrated fruits and vegetables which can affect the consistency of your smoothie.
